You are purchasing the MP3 Player ONLY, not the music.
It is against the law to sell music that we do not
have copyrights to.
MP3 Players are for personal use only, we are not
responsible for what you do with the
MP3 Player once it is purchased.
We are not responsible for YOUR music files.
You must have your music uploaded to your own server
before you purchase a MP3 Player and provide us with the
links to the songs you wish to be added to your player.
All music you have stored on your servers are assumed to be
purchased by you and are not being illegally used.
We will not use music files that are stored on a server that
does not belong to you, please do not ask.
MP3 Players can be customized to the look of your personal websites
league pages or myspace pages. But are to be used for personal listening pleasure only.
MP3 Players may not be resold with or without music.
You may not charge a fee for your league members to listen to the MP3 Player,
as that would involve charging to listen to music you do not have copyright to.
All music remains copyright of the artist and in no way reflects ownership
to anyone else, be it the MP3 Player creator or the MP3 Player owner.
If you go against these terms of use you are personally responsible for
any legal action taken by the artist, we the creator of the MP3 Players
are in no way responsible for your actions.
Customers are solely responsible for reading the Terms of Use.
